When disaster stuck 30 miles to our north the students of Twin City Elementary have chipped in to help. Our school consists of students in grades K - 5. One of our 4th graders Alex Shepler took it upon himself to start a non-perishable food drive to benefit the families impacted by the Oso Mudslide. The students have been bringing in bags and boxes of food all week. Not only do our students help others in times of need but they continue to grow in their learning. Test scores have improved and we have many students sharing their lifelong guidelines and lifeskills daily. This is what makes a great school!

Twin City Elementary is a family-oriented, friendly school. With 2 classes per grade level, it's easy to get to know the student population and the other parents. I enjoy having the District's Hi-Cap and ESL population at our school, which gives us greater student diversity and opportunities to learn about other cultures. Our teachers are excellent and care about each child - our para staff truly wants to see every student succeed. We have great parent involvement and are working with the PTA on getting more.

I love Twin City Elementary. We are a true community where students and staff alike are lifelong learners! When you arrive at TCE you will find a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where we work each day to achieve our goals. We follow the following life skills caring, common sense, cooperation, courage, curiosity, effort, flexibility, friendship, initiative, integrity, organization, patience, perseverance, pride, problem solving, resourcefulness and responsibility, and sense of humor. We continue to work on improving our test scores (which we have) and this year will be implementing more student recognition. Be sure to come and check us out!

You can't go wrong with K-3 at this school! All of the teachers are wonderful! I'm not sure about the 4th & 5th grade as our kids aren't at that school.
